  6. The following software should be available from the same
  7. distributor as your copy of L<SUP><SMALL>A</SMALL></SUP>T<SMALL>E</SMALL>X2<SUB>e</SUB>. You should obtain at least
  8. the <I>graphics</I> and <I>tools</I> collections in order
  9. to have all the files described in . The |amstex| package
  10.  (part of <I>amslatex</I>) and <I>babel</I> are also mentioned in the
  11.  list of `standard packages' in section C.5.2 of that book.

  14. <DD>Advanced mathematical typesetting from the American
  15.   Mathematical Society. This is includes the |amstex| package; it
  16.    provides many commands for typesetting mathematical formulas of
  17.    higher complexity.  It is produced and supported by the American
  18.    Mathematical Society and it is described in <I></I>.
